1. What we collect
Account info (name, email), authentication identifiers (Google account, hashed password), subscription state, app activity, and any content you upload (e.g. chart screenshots).
2. How we use it
To authenticate you, provide the service, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails, improve the product, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share data with sub-processors strictly to operate the service (e.g. payment processors, email providers, infrastructure providers).
4. AI processing
To deliver analysis, we send symbol/chart context to large language models (Claude). We do not send your portfolio quantities or personal identifiers in prompts. Chart screenshots you upload are processed transiently.
5. Cookies
We use httpOnly session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users under CCPA. Email privacy@trademate.app for any data request.
