Is TradeMate financial advice?+

No. TradeMate is strictly educational and informational. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any asset. Always consult a licensed financial professional for personal advice.

What markets do you cover?+

Stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrency, forex pairs, commodities (oil, natural gas), and precious metals (gold, silver). Indices and major futures are supported.

Where does the market data come from?+

Stocks via Alpha Vantage, crypto via CoinGecko. Charts use the TradingView widget. News & sentiment are AI-generated summaries based on Claude Sonnet 4.5.

How is the TradeMate Conviction™ calculated?+

Six independent signal layers — Technical, Momentum, News, Social, Smart Money, Risk — are normalized and weighted into a 0–100 score. The breakdown is shown on every analysis.

What happens after my 3-day trial?+

Your account remains accessible, but premium features lock until you choose a plan. You can upgrade or cancel anytime.

Do you offer refunds?+

Yes — full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. Email support@trademate.app.

Can I import my broker?+

Manual and CSV import is available today. Native broker connections (Binance, Coinbase, eToro, IBKR, CMC, Plus500) are being rolled out where APIs permit.

Will you ever auto-trade for me?+

No. TradeMate never executes trades on your behalf. We only provide educational analysis and monitoring.
